HGC WADs

John and Larry have taken over for Manfred and Anadi respectively.  Since they have actively pursued their CAM training ![😉](32.png) , they know that for each Control Account there is a Work Authorization Document (WAD) that is essentially the data (schedule, resource allocation) which represents their "contract" with the project.

{Aside:  This is likely much more important when a project is using subcontractors who have encapsulated scope and not a lot of project communication otherwise.  For us, it is more of a box-ticking exercise since we talk to each other all the time.}
